soooo gooood!
while i had no doubt whatsoever, sidney blew everyone away tonight. i need to make a shout out to sous chef eric davis for his mango cheese cake. i am the luckiest guy in the world to have such talented people surrounding me. if you weren't here you missed a lot. check out the replay in the forum soon...

The food was amazing! The lamb chops were so tender and juicy. And the potato moussaka was delicious. Congratulations Sydney. You are one of the best young chefs in town.
